We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We ask you to please call the store for approval of returns. We do NOT accept returns on personalized, seasonal, custom, consignment, gourmet, special orders, or sale items. Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT only, no refunds are given. Every return must be in its original packaging and in new condition. We do not offer refunds on the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless otherwise authorized.

We ship in stock items within in 72 hours, but custom orders will be handled on an individual basis. Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground. If you need your package expedited, please call us to make arrangements for faster delivery.
